The newly formed duo went 3D with the integration of the mailbox within the design. The end-result is stunning and shows a perfect integration of Adnate's portrait with Plea's abstract imagery.

Guido Van Helten unveils a new piece in Port Kembla, Australia

Guido Van Helten is still in Australia where he just finished a brand new portrait somewhere on the streets of Port Kembla, a suburb of Wollongong 8 km south of the CBD and part of the Illawarra region of New South Wales.

Guido Van Helten is still in Australia where he just finished a brand new portrait somewhere on the streets of Port Kembla, a suburb of Wollongong 8 km south of the CBD and part of the Illawarra region of New South Wales.
The popular Australian artist & muralist created this new piece showing the face of a young girl painted using his signature style and technique. As usual with Guido and his pieces, this will surely be enjoyed by the local residents for years to come.

Fintan Magee "The Water Carriers", a new installation in Sydney

Fintan Magee just sent us a series of images from his newest installation which was just completed somewhere on the streets of Sydney, Australia.

Fintan Magee just sent us a series of images from his newest installation which was just completed somewhere on the streets of Sydney, Australia.
The image of the children is taken from a photograph from a discarded newspaper clipping. The work shows seven Syrian refugee children, at first they appear as regular children but as you step deeper into the space the mirrors we installed distort the image and you discover that the line of children stretches infinitely. The children wait to fill empty water vessels which is a symbol for the healing component. The work comments on the scale of the current refugee crisis and echo's a cynical view on how history repeats itself.

The WonderWalls Street Art Festival is currently taking place on the streets of Wollongong in Australia where Guido Van Helten just wrapped up his latest mural.

The WonderWalls Street Art Festival is currently taking place on the streets of Wollongong in Australia where Guido Van Helten just wrapped up his latest mural.
This poignant and beautiful street piece is a collaboration with renowned Australian war photographer David Dare Parker which was painted from an image taken during the East Timor crisis in 1999.

L7M creates a new mural in Katoomba, Australia


Brazilian muralist L7M has landed in Australia where he just finished working on a brand new piece on the streets of Katoomba.
As usual with the Sao-Paulo based artist, he created some of his signature and hype vibrant birds combined with colorful abstract patterns.
